Return and Refund Policy – Ether & Moon

At Ether & Moon, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our concrete jewelry. Each piece is carefully made to ensure the highest quality and durability. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise.

No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, if your item arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement Process:

• Contact us at etherandmoon@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number and a clear picture of the damaged item to help us verify the damage.

Replacement at Discretion of Ether & Moon

Ether & Moon will determine whether to issue a replacement item. This decision will be made at our sole discretion. Once the damage is reviewed and verified, the replacement item can then be dispatched to the customer.

Please note that our replacement policy applies only to the purchased item itself. If the purchased item is intact but the packaging (i.e the presentation box) is damaged we do not provide a replacement for the packaging.

At Ether & Moon, we value our customers and want you to enjoy our jewelry for years to come. If your concrete item is accidentally damaged at any time after the initial purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you in any way we can.
